Stewart is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Building, which is the benchmark for the principles he holds and his dedication to the construction industry.

As Construction Director of Tarn Homes, Stewart oversees every phase of the construction process, from initial planning and site preparation to final project delivery.

Zafar has nearly 20 years of experience in the Development industry, working with major Private Equity firms like Blackstone and Oaktree across various asset classes. In the latter part of his career, he co-founded several companies, secured major planning consents, and led operational teams, utilising technology to drive efficiency and value.
